Service Description
The Breath & Balance series features Vinyasa sequences focused on building strength and using the breath to center the mind as we increase our endurance. In this class, we will hold poses longer and emphasize slower, smoother transitions between postures to create a dance-like flow. Each class will center the breath through each movement to help you reach an active meditative state of mind. We will implement different breathwork techniques that can enhance your physical and mental health. 60 Minute Class. Beginners & all levels. Must register as space is limited. Registration will close 2 hours prior. Bring a mat, blanket or towel, & water. Mats & blankets available free of charge.
