Service Description

Start your Sunday with a rejuvenating restorative flow that helps you to feel reset for the week ahead. This session will be gentle on the joints while helping to improve mobility. There will be fewer standing poses and a greater emphasis on releasing tension through slower, more intentional movement in each posture. 60 Minute Class. Beginners & all levels. Must register as space is limited. Registration will close 2 hours prior. Bring a mat, blanket or towel, & water. Mats & blankets available free of charge.
