Class begins with a guided meditation to balance all seven main Chakra energy centers of the body, followed by gentle poses focusing on a different Chakra each week. This practice infuses sound healing and aromatherapy to bring us into a state of peace, relaxation, and balance. Beginners & all levels. Bring a mat, blanket, towel, & water. Mats & blankets available free of charge. Class is $17 per person. Please register as space is limited.
