Service Description

Class begins with a guided meditation to balance all seven main Chakra energy centers of the body, followed by gentle poses focusing on a different Chakra each week. This practice infuses sound healing and aromatherapy to bring us into a state of peace, relaxation, and balance. 60 Minute Class. Beginners & all levels. Must register as space is limited. Bring a mat, blanket or towel, & water. Mats & blankets available free of charge.
