Service Description
Join us for a journey into healing with Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound. You will be guided through a Meditation to relax the mind and body, and a Somatic Release Breathwork using circular breathing coupled with cues to tap into the body's innate inner intelligence to focus on what needs clearing, while being bathed in the sounds of rhythmic drumming, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. This two hour session is a full embodiment experience designed to help release stress from the body promoting balance, harmony, and healing for total wellbeing. Relax, Release, Heal. - Doors Open at 11:30AM / Session Starts at 12PM - Wear comfortable clothing and no large jewelry or strong scents, please. - Bring water, a snack, and a journal. - Mats, Blankets, and Bolsters will be provided or you may bring your own. $67 per person due upon registration. (Age 18+ Only) *All attendees must sign waiver prior to session to participate. No refunds less than 24 hours before start of the event.
